John R. Chase

Jack Chase gave me the opportunity and support to fulfill my dream of being a Flight Nurse. Since many of us have Jack and others like him to thank for being in the position we are today; then the best homage we can pay to them is to keep flying and doing what we do best. In a way, we are their legacy, and through our work they will always be with us.
Blue skies forever,
James Smith, RN/LP
Flight Nurse
When I first came on LifeNet Air Jack was the one who took extra time and was patient about training. He then became my full time partner for about two years and then became our Chief Flight Nurse. He held many rolls in my life her at LifeNet but the most important one was he was a FRIEND, a true friend. He was there for you when things were tough, in and out of the work place, and celebrated with you when things were great. He is truely missed.
