LifeNet EMS had a booth at Dine on the Line in Texarkana. This is a photo collage from the Main Street Texarkana fundraiser.

LifeNet’s main post in Texarkana is located in the historic downtown district.  The post is located where the LifeNet Air medical helicopter was originally housed when our air program started in 1983.

Because of our unique location downtown, LifeNet has been a proud sponsor of Dine on the Line for a few years.  This year, in addition to sponsoring the event, LifeNet also provided medical standby, did bystander CPR demonstrations, and provided stroke education throughout the evening.

Dine on the Line features dinner and live music on State Line in historic downtown Texarkana.  The event is a fundraiser for Main Street Texarkana designed to bring the cities of Texarkana, Arkansas and Texarkana, Texas together to give a toast to our community.  All money raised during the event supports developing historic downtown Texarkana.

The meal for the event was catered by Verona, a restaurant located on Broad Street in Texarkana.  The table started at the Federal Building/U.S. Post Office and went down to the Grim Hotel.

The Texarkana Jazz Orchestra entertained the crowds as they ate playing their “Dinner through the Decades” show.
