Aaron Graves has been a dedicated member of the LifeNet team for 9 years, currently serving as the Base Manager for LNA 1. In this role, Aaron oversees daily operations at his base, manages scheduling, ensures that all employees maintain their certifications and training, and coordinates patient transfers from local hospitals to specialized care facilities.
Aaron’s journey with LifeNet began in 2015 as a dispatcher. His commitment and passion for emergency medical services led him to progress through roles as an EMT, Paramedic, FTO, Flight Medic, and eventually to his current position as Base Manager.
Outside of work, Aaron enjoys quality time with his wife, Brittany, and their children, Ellis and Merrit. A fan of outdoor adventures, you’ll often find him relaxing on their boat at the lake. Aaron’s dedication to both his professional and personal life truly embodies the spirit of service and family.
