Jason began his EMS career in Montana in 1991 and quickly rose in the ranks to become a flight paramedic and field supervisor. He was promoted to an operations management position and gained additional experience managing multiple jurisdictions in Montana and later Colorado for AMR. Jason was selected for LifeNet’s Hot Springs transition team in September 2005 after a national recruitment search.

He developed the first-ever quality improvement process for National Academies of Emergency Dispatch (NAED) dispatch in Hot Springs, utilizing NAED Aqua software and is responsible for raising the system’s standards for statistical reporting.
