As Communications Manager for LifeNet’s Hot Springs Division, which serves Malvern and portions of Hot Spring County, Ryan Hamilton is responsible for managing the division’s communication equipment and Communications Center, including the center’s QI program. He is also responsible for managing response time performance and providing demand analysis information for the division’s various contract areas. Ryan reports directly to the General Manager.
Ryan started his career as an EMT in 1998 working as an ER Tech for St. Joseph’s hospital. Two years later, he started working on the ambulance for National Park Medical Center. When LifeNet took over the ambulance contract in 2005, Ryan started work for LifeNet. He earned is paramedic certification in 2007 and became an Operations Manager for LifeNet in 2013. The following year Ryan was named the manager for the Hot Springs Communications Center.
