National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence Master Technician

Tray Pickering is responsible for managing LifeNet’s Hot Springs Division’s fleet care serving Malvern and portions of Hot Spring County. He oversees fleet inventory purchases and coordinates operations with regulatory agencies to meet all state and local requirements for vehicles and shop facilities . Tray directly supervises the performance of preventive maintenance and unscheduled vehicle and equipment repairs. He reports to the General Manager.

After high school, Tray went to school for welding and worked as a welder at CSMI for three years. Tray then spent nine years working for Wyle’s Automotive, first as a mechanic for the automotive shop and later in maintenance for their construction business. In 2006, Tray accepted the Fleet Manager position at LifeNet. He earned his National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification in 2007 and has successfully recertified twice since then.
