LifeNet is excited to announce Jarrod Nall, as the new Texas Director of Operations. Jarrod has spent many years in EMS in various roles and is excited to step into his new place within LifeNet. Starting at a young age, being in EMS has always interested Jarrod. One of his friends had to be transport via Helicopter which then peaked his curiosity into working in EMS. From there, his interest was sparked and when Jarrod graduated High School, he began his EMT class and journey to obtain his certification. Then, he went onto Paramedic school while also participating in LifeNet’s explorer program through Boy Scouts. Starting in 1997, Jarrod worked as a field medic for a year, left for a one-year hiatus, then came back in July of 1999 and has been with LifeNet ever since.

From his field medic position, Jarrod moved into a field training officer role which was his first taste of a supervisor type role within the company. He then moved over to the air division for a few years and worked as a flight medic before starting in the role of Operations Manager in Texarkana. In 2007, his previous role of QI Manager opened up which he has been in until this most recent change.

When asked what he will bring to the Director of Operations role, “I want our people to know how valuable they are. I want all [our employees] to know we are standing right beside them and are ready to help whenever necessary”. Jarrod brings over 15 years of clinical, managerial and overall EMS experience to the table and we are excited to see him excel as Director of Operations.
