LifeNet donated a Stop the Bleed Kit to the Bowie County Courthouse from the North East Texas Regional Advisory Council (NETRAC). As part of the donation, LifeNet taught a Stop the Bleed class to courthouse employees.
The Bleeding Control Basics class was taught by:
- Paramedic, Bruce Townsend
- EMT, Aaron Graves
- Injury Prevention Manager, Netra Dutton
- Director of Public Relations, Tina Bell.
The class had more than 20 participants representing Bowie County employees, law enforcement, and elected officials today.
