System Status Controller
At LifeNet, as a System Status Controller, you’ll play a crucial role in coordinating our emergency response operations, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively in real-time. As a System Status Controller, you’ll work closely with our field crews, ensuring they are dispatched to the right locations at the right time. You’ll monitor calls, assess the needs of each situation, and help prioritize resources to maintain a smooth flow of operations. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, directly contributing to saving lives and supporting our healthcare teams.

Communications QI Training Coordinator
Coordinates the Communication Center’s performance improvement program through prospective, concurrent, and retrospective initiatives. Performs audits and evaluations of employees’ performance to determine opportunities for individual improvements and engineer solutions to systems deficiencies. Provides and coordinates initial and ongoing training of Communications Center staff. Assists with scheduling, budget compliance, and contractual compliance for service areas. Assures compliance with policies and procedures.

Patient Accounts Representative
The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for providing support to the billing department manager. The position’s goal is to maximize cash inflows through billing and collecting for the services the company provides, while maintaining compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The position will be responsible for all insurance follow-up activities with payors in a courteous and timely manner.
Representatives will process patient accounts to third parties and resolve accounts to a zero balance. Expertise in all third-party billing and contracted payment agreements. The account representative is required to have good writing skills and ensure proper account documentation. Verbal communication required for relaying issues/concerns with problem accounts to supervisor and mangers.
