LifeNet’s Relationship with Air Methods Corporation regarding Chapter 11 Bankruptcy
LifeNet, Inc. is committed to transparency with the communities we serve, including our stakeholders and patients. Recently, there has been some increased attention to a business venture to which we lend our trade name regarding the other organization’s financial standing. LifeNet is a vendor of theirs providing certain services under contract. Air Methods Corporation is in the process of a structured reorganization as happens to large companies from time to time and the normal use of our trade name has caused some confusion.
We want to assure everyone that our organization remains financially stable and continues to operate as usual. Our partner in this service line has already proven their strength and ability to continue normal operation without any reduction in service capability. The recent news has no effect on our finances, daily operations, employees, or ability to respond to emergency calls.
Furthermore, LifeNet would like to reiterate to the public that we value the trust and support of our communities. LifeNet has served faithfully for 30 years and will continue to serve with honesty and respect for our patients for another 30 and beyond.
